I had annual membership with the purchase if a zwift trainer that does not expire for another six months. However since Zwift monthly price increase has come in I am being charged monthly membership as well.
I have contacted zwift customer support on several occasions with no response. Any advice on how I can get in touch with them to get this fixed. Thanks
