I am using an ipad to connect to my elite suito. That works. I then install the companion app onto my samsung s10. Both using same account for logon. Both connected to my 5ghz wifi (2ghz is disabled). I have read the instructions on zwift. Tried flight mode and back and switched off mobile data. I cannot get the ZC to go into game mode. I am using the automatic dns settings of internet provider. Any ideas what I am still needing to do.
I fixed the issue by allowing local network in the permissions on the ipad. I am good to go.
What’s the equivalent for Android? I can’t find it on my S10.
