For many months (perhaps years) the settings screen has been corrupted/unusable on my Galaxy Tab S7 Plus, running Android 13. I’ve reinstalled Zwift (weeks ago) with no improvement, and the problem is ongoing. Zwift is up to date.
I’m aware of a crash bug reported on Android 13 a couple of years ago, but this is not a crash, just screen corruption.
Thank you for posting on our forums! Alejandra here from Zwift.
Can you please try to clean the cache and data from your device? Go to your device settings, find Zwift, and clear both cache and app data. This can sometimes fix UI-related issues. You can also try lowering the resolution or adjusting the refresh rate settings in your device’s display settings. Try testing different resolutions in your Zwift game and tablet to ensure they match. If possible, log into Zwift from another device to see if the issue persists, which can help determine if it’s device-specific.
If after testing those steps, the issue persists, feel free to contact us, and we can look into your issue.
