My analog paddle broken after few months of usage. Did anyone have this issue? Can this be replaced? Is this a part covered under warranty?

Yes the warranty covers the controls for two years in UK/EU and one year everywhere else. Contact support and I expect they will replace it if it’s covered.

I’ve not heard from support even after 3 days; even though their email says they’ll reach out in 24 hours. And looks like there’s not good way to reach out to support beyond the email and the chatbot on the site basically redirects back to “Email Support”.
Yeah unfortunately you just have to wait to reach the top of their queue unless one of them shows up here and takes action. You should avoid repeated emails to them as it can increase the response time.
