I’m not clear if I am supposed to be aiming for my fastest time on a segment or highest power? The ride and companion app and talk of setting PR’s feels like it wants me to aim for quickest time through a segment. However, the email after the baseline gives me w/kg.
Obviously for the shorter segments my entry speed will impact the time a lot. Just trying to work out if I wasted energy on the baseline trying to maximise entry speed when I should just instead just aim for the most power between the banners.
