I am observing that for a ling time already. The Halo Replay of the PR on Alpe du Zwift shows incorrect data. The screenshot is from the end of the root, but the issue starts at the very beginning of the route.
Did you climb the alpe during a race or event recently? Those will not count towards Halo Replay and could explain the discrepancy.

No, all my climbs are individual. No events.

Shuji at Zwift HQ. Your screenshot above has power blocks that are very even - is this an ERG mode workout?
Per the HoloReplay FAQ, solo workouts are not considered free rides. Is it possible that your personal best on AdZ was set during a workout?
