Hi, English isn’t your first language but I cannot understand what you are asking. Maybe ask in your native language an we’ll use a translator to work out the issue.
I think she’s saying that her account seems to have been reset as if she was brand new to Zwift.
If so, you need to get in contact with Zwift support. They will be able to look into this.
