Ive set up and paid to have a subscription, when I ride I keep getting notification that I’m out of KMs. I then try to go to upgrade but it says the I tunes account belongs to someone else, it doesn’t. its only ever been mine. Ive had 2 conversations with Zwift and still this is happening. I am happy to pay and its set up as a subscription but still getting told I’m out of KMs. This is so frustrating! Please help before I lose my mind…
I am assuming you have submitted a ticket: https://support.zwift.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
I would also suggest uninstalling Zwift and reinstalling to see if that helps.
Have you tried other devices to see if you get the same error?
