Is there a way to access sector stats from AdZ after the ride? Ie are they saved and can they be viewed again?
The ride yes, but not individual sector stats in Zwift.
In companion app choose Routes > Watopia > Road to Sky > segments > Alpe du Zwift and you’ll see a list that is split up quarterly.
Click on those to find the laps you are interested in:
That will take you to the ride in question. You can see all the data just not the individual sectors.
As shown below you’ll need third party applications to see more detail.
Zwift does keep these stats as far as I know (segment PRs) - would be nice if they could show it somehow.
