Hello there, I am doing the Hunter Allen Advanced Winter Training Plan. I just completed week 4 which had 3 workouts. Unfortunately I missed two of them because the 2 day window before a workout expires is too short. 3 days would be perfect, especially because I can only do the long endurance rides on the weekend and, for week 4, the single endurance ride expired Saturday and didn’t allow me to ride it on Sunday. I wasn’t able to ride Thursday and Saturday but was able to ride Friday and Sunday still finishing within the week, but the rides expired Thursday and Saturday. This is particularly stringent for those of us who work Monday through Friday, and being able to have just a little more flexibility with a 3 day window would have allowed me the opportunity to finish the workouts for last week.
