Adding Rubberbanding to existing event

I created an event, and need to add rubber banding. I’ve gone to the Event/Edit section and there is no option to add this. Do I need to have special permissions from Zwift HQ to do this? If so how do I go about getting permissions? Thanks for any assistance. The event is tomorrow morning.

You need to contact them and have it toggled on. I have the same problem with our Cryo-Gen events.
