I can see my activity in my feed but when I view it, it shows nothing on my.zwift. On the companion app, I can also see the activity but when I click on it I get the error message “Activity details could not be loaded”. I tried fixing the .fit file but it seems it’s only half of the ride but in my feed, it shows full ride.
Unfortunately no, you must have had a network error during the saving process or something similar. There are plans to prevent this from happening in the future and Zwift will save the ride locally if the network is down during the saving process, hopefully this new feature shows up in the January update.
