Hi,

i don’t know if i’m right here … i’m new to Zwift.
Today i made the “PACK Social Ride + San Luca KOM After Party” on a Windows Tablet.
I saved the Activity like always.
In the Companion App on my Android phone it said then “Unverfügbare Aktivität” (something like “unavailable activity” in english)
A few minutes later i could click the activity in the app.
But it is saying " Aktivitätsdetails konnten nicht geladen werden" (something like “Activity details could not be loaded” in english).
Also the Upload to Strava has not worked.

The last week saving an Activity has always worked, until now.
Does someone know whats the problem ist?

Hi @F.K

That can sometimes happen if you have some network issues when zwift try to save.

Does it mean there is no Opportunity to save this after the problem happens?

Unfortunately, not to Zwift.

But you should be able to find the .fit file and that you can upload to Strava.

If for any reason you experience an issue, such as a game crash or Internet loss, your fit file is automatically saved every 10 minutes in the \Documents\Zwift\Activities folder on your computer.
