Activity can't sync to garmin connect

I already connect to garmin account.

But only one activity can’t sync to garmin.

And then I try to manually upload activity data to my garmin account , but it still not working. Is it the fit file broken on server?

Here is the fit file I download from my.zwift.com.

Ray,

It’s probably a corrupt time stamp on one of the interval blocks. They crop up every so often. Just go to fitfiletools.com and choose “Corrupt Time Fixer.” You may then also need to then tweak the date/time of the file - which often gets reset to some weird value - with the “Time Adjuster.”

It sounds like you’re encountering an issue with corrupted fit files. This can happen for a variety of reasons, from network issues to hard drive problems, and the good news is that it’s most likely to just be a one-time issue. You may be able to resolve the issue with a fit file repair tool, like the fitfiletools.com site, so give that a try.

Additionally, you should have a fit file saved locally on your device. This fit file is slightly different than the one you download from your dashboard. Try to use that fit file to see if it helps you. Information on how to find that file is on our knowledge base.

If you’re continually having this issue or you’re unable to repair the file, submit a support ticket.
