Having issues logging into my account via both Phone and Laptop apps.
Both just come up with ‘unable to connect, check internet connectivity’ however internet connectivity is fine for both. Currently unable to ride as a result. Any ideas what the problem may be?

This could be an issue with your ISP, where are you located? You could try with your phone using cellular data and see if that works.
I have teh same problem since this afternoon, the screen where you can “change User” is keep on loading after choosing your name…
