hi, i have some past zwift activities and today i want to connect zwift account to my garmin account. Does old zwift rides will be uploaded to this garmin account or only new ones?(those i ride after i conenct accounts)
Only new ones will load automatically, but you should be able to download the ride file from the Zwift site and upload to Garmin manually, if you want to.
