A quick look on Companion app for Android suggests you can add completed routes to “my list.” The list then appears near top of main screen in Zwift.
It won’t stay there though. If you ride it or even just start a ride on it without beginning to pedal and then trash the activity, it is removed from the My List queue.
My steps to get to Road to Sky:
Navigate to routes screen
Choose Watopia
Sort by Elevation gain
Choose descending (high to low)
Scroll down to find road to Sky
Every time. Too many steps.
Bump. Same here…
Same here, bumping it up. New to Zwift and I’m astonished how bad the UX is… Just let players save favourite routes please..
You can, just use My List in Companion. Then when you log in to start a ride they’re all right at the top.
If you add workouts to My List they’ll disappear once you’ve selected it (don’t know why that’s still a thing) but routes will always stay on your list.
That works once but then you have to add it again after you do the route or start it
I think this suggestion is still relevant…
Workouts disappear, routes stay (at least for me).
Wish they’d fix it for workouts though, some of my favourites are impossible to find easily in game.
Routes were disappearing for me when I posted this. Stopped using the feature for this reason. Will check again this evening to see if there has been a change.
Save them and possibly tag them and they are easy to find under your custom workouts. [In game that is, doesn’t work in ZCA ]
@B_Jimmy Confirmed that this does NOT work. I added Watopia - Navig8 from the companion app, which causes it to appear under For You on the Zwift homescreen. Then I rode Navig8 today. It is no longer listed under For You, making this useless for saving favorites.
Zwift has modelled this feature more as a shopping list than a favorites list. Many of us would like the option to make selections persistent (aka favorites).
Save it in the ‘My List’ tab in Zwift Companion. That is its purpose.
But doesn’t it go off the list once you complete the route… so you would have to keep adding it over and over… not really a work around.
It goes off the list as soon as you start a ride on the route. Even if you never make one pedal stroke and end the ride immediately, it’s off the list.
