a bit disappointed by support for mobile app

Over two weeks ago I reported difficulties in getting the mobile app to work at all as a game controller.

Two or three Zwift support people replied (at different times) and said ‘we’re on it’.

I’m still waiting…

I should add that I’m on a 60 day Strava free pass so I probably shouldn’t complain. But I assume Zwift wants me to start paying when the ‘free’ is over…
