6/24 Update problem

(Nathan Guerra (Vision)) #1

After todays update zwift cannot run properly on my computer it seems.  I cannot get past the devices screen and it stall horribly.  Have never had a problem with Zwift before.  My computer is plenty to handle anything Zwift can throw at it, I run multiple games at a time at the highest graphic settig on tis computer without dropping FPS.  When “tabbing” between programs it stalls horribly and cannot seem to find Zwift initially when I tab to it.  Only after a few tries does teh cursor interact.  I restarted my computer and Zwift multiple times.

Specs:  WIN 7 Pro 64 bit

I7 5930k 16

Nvidia GTX 980

Found this at the bottom of the launcher log?  Maybe issue?

Thanks for any help!

Hi Nathan. Kill Zwift and try unplugging and replugging the ANT dongle. Sometimes the ANT driver gets into a strange state on Windows.  Unplugging and replugging can reset it.

Good to go, I reinstalled and then did the ANT+ dongle removal since I read this after.  Not sure which was the fix, probably your suggestions.
Thanks.
