4 wk FTP booster: 6 min all out: % FTP?

What should be a target wattage (% FTP) when having to give it your best in 6 mins? I quess it should be a bit more than your known FTP?

(110-120% of FTP depending on how fit you are :3)

To keep it up for 6 mins, you’ll want to be somewhere around the top end of zone 4 or bottom end of zone 5, provided your FTP is about right.
