100 mile ride


Is there any way of getting a completely flat ride option to enable century riders to get the fastest ride time possible and to make sure the course is exactly the same each time? This would be very helpful to see exact increases/decreases in performance.

Flat Richmond has about 10ft ascent per mile, not going to get much better than that.

I believe you can create a workout containing just a single “rider’s choise” interval long enough to ride a century.
